We start with a FREE strategy call for your business, and walk you through a tailored social media audit for your business. We then send you our proposal and contract for approval to finalize the agreement and secure the retainer. Once the retainer is secured, we schedule an onboarding meeting. Your first month’s content plan will be delivered within 14 days of your onboarding meeting.
7. Do I need to provide content, or do you create everything?
You’ll provide raw video and photo content (phone footage is fine). We take care of editing, design, and planning. If you don’t have much content, we can guide you or use stock assets for lifestyle visuals.
8. What happens if I cancel my service?
If you cancel, we will still deliver the remaining posts/content you've paid for. No content goes to waste.
9. What if I delay approving the content plan?
We rely on timely approvals. If you don’t approve your content plan on time, your posting schedule may be delayed. The responsibility for delays lies with the client.
10. How far in advance do you send content plans?
We deliver the next month’s content plan during Week 3 of the current month to allow time for review and revisions.
11. How long does it take to start seeing results?
Typically, pet businesses begin to see growth in reach, engagement, and even bookings within 30–60 days, especially when using Meta ads consistently.
12. Do you run ads too?
Yes! All packages include Meta Ads setup and management. Ad spend is not included in the package price, but we guide you on what to budget.
